While we always try to ensure that flowers are as shown in the photographs, from season to season and subject to availability we may be required to substitute one or more flowers of equal value.
While we strive to stock as many blooms and buds as possible, availability changes on our web site as the seasons changes. Product availability is not always within our control. Daily sales and supply conditions sometimes dictate that we may be sold out of some items. In this case we will substitute with stems of a similar texture and color always offering the same value, style, and color preference.
Likewise, vases and containers fall under the same restrictions, and we will always come as close as possible for a substitution.
