Flower & Container Substitution Policy
At Mr. Bokay Flowers & Greenhouse, every floral arrangement is handcrafted using the freshest, highest-quality flowers available. We make every effort to design each arrangement as pictured on our website. However, due to seasonal availability, weather conditions, and fluctuations in the floral market, certain flowers or colors may occasionally be unavailable.
When substitutions are necessary, our experienced floral designers will carefully select flowers of equal or greater value that closely match the original arrangement’s style, color palette, and overall appearance. Our goal is always to preserve the beauty, quality, and sentiment of the design you selected.
Because fresh flower availability changes daily, some varieties may sell out unexpectedly or become unavailable from our growers and suppliers. In these situations, we will substitute with comparable premium blooms that maintain the same elegance and value.
Containers, vases, and baskets are also subject to availability. If the exact container shown is unavailable, we will substitute it with one of similar size, style, and quality that complements the arrangement.
Sunday Delivery Information
Please note that many of our affiliated florists are closed on Sundays. As a result, Sunday flower deliveries may be limited or unavailable in certain locations. If Sunday delivery cannot be accommodated, your order will be delivered on the next available delivery date unless other arrangements have been made.
